By establishing an assembly line and enhancing our designs, we are committed to delivering a better user experience and ensuring our products meet the highest standards.
1. Superior Packaging:
Our upgraded outer cartons are now made with the highest standard of corrugated material for export, offering enhanced strength and weight capacity. We've also switched to a vertical orientation to prevent deformation. In the meanwhile, each box is clearly labeled with the product name and size, and reinforced corners have been added for extra durability.
2. Improved Frame Stability:
To ensure easier and more secure assembly, we’ve designed custom molds for the foot connectors, preventing any slipping during setup.
Additionally, the tube diameter has been increased from 30mm to 32mm, providing a sturdier and more professional backdrop, particularly for larger displays.
3. Enhanced Foot Plates:
We’ve upgraded the aluminum foot plates, increasing the width from 3.8cm to 6.5cm and the length from 45cm to 55cm. This provides much greater stability, especially when compared to the 48cm standard offered by other suppliers. We also offer a range of foot plate sizes to accommodate custom display requirements.
4. Upgraded Storage Bags:
Our storage bags have also been improved with thicker padding, better materials, and higher-quality slots. Each bag now includes a toolkit, an instruction manual, and a size reference card, providing you with more convenience.
5. Custom Options:
We offer custom sizes based on your display's height and width, with additional support rods and foot plates for maximum stability. You can also choose from a variety of customization options, including curved or straight corners, iron or aluminum feet, and dome tops.
While these upgrades come with a small increase in price, they significantly enhance the durability, stability, and overall quality of the Vimbo tube display, ensuring better performance and a longer product lifespan.
