Customers Would Like to Receive Today’s Order Yesterday

If someone asks me, “what is the biggest change that technology brings to us?” My answer will be just two simple words, “convenience and speed.”
Within just about 10 years, great changes have been taken place in the world, from 2G, 3G, 4G to the latest 5G; from the industrial 4.0 (initiated by Germany) to society 5.0 (initiated by Japan). Previously, it takes a few minutes to load a picture from the Internet, but now within just a few seconds, you can view the fully loaded picture. Previously, it takes 1-2 weeks to deliver a package, but now your package can be delivered within 1-2 days. Previously, the speed of the train is 30-60 km/h, but now it can reach 300 km/h. People crave for speed, and they need everything to be fast, faster and fastest. Once one of our customers even told us a joke about customers’ pursuit of speed, he said, “The faster, the better. Customers even hope to receive today’s order yesterday.”
This is an era of changes. Against this backdrop, the one who can guarantee the fast lead time will win the favor from customers, and the one who acquires the core knowledge of technology will win the future.

To meet and exceed customers’ expectations is what we pursue. In order to keep pace with the development of technology and in order to meet the fast-growing demand for speed, measures have been taken to upgrade the workshop and ordering system in CFM since 2017. On one hand, we focus on the workshop upgrading; on the other hand, we concentrate on the ordering system optimization. Through innovation and by virtue of technology, CFM can work with fewer people but higher efficiency in the workshop. From 24H printing service to overnight printing service to same-day shipping (artwork approved before 9:00 am, orders will be shipped out before 11:00 am.), a lot of pressure testings are conducted in our factory during this process. And finally our efforts are paid off and we can ensure same day shipping for over 95% of all of our small orders.
Everyone and every company hope to take off quickly in a time of change. And they all expect a short take-off runway, and the shorter, the better. If they can soar into the sky like a spacecraft, that would be the best. However, unlike those who are seeking for a soaring take off, CFM prefers to take a more steady take off which can ensure a longer and more consistent flight.
