Well, it’s already November. How time flies! We will be in another holiday season soon, after a scary Halloween last week, and Thanksgiving is right around the corner. Besides preparing the event display kits with custom-printed logo for your promotion, it is necessary to prepare some gifts and free giveaways for your employees and customers.
So, in this episode, I hope we can give you some ideas on employee gifts for this holiday season, not just for Thanksgiving, but also for Christmas and New Year for the coming month.
First, why do employee gifts matter? Also, the right employee gift idea can make employees feel more connected to the company and more likely to want to stay. So, preparing the employee gifts is helpful to go a long way toward boosting morale and creating a thriving workplace.
It’s for sure that if a gift is a reward or for another special day, such as birthday or important business milestones, then there are an awful lot of better gift options. And my suggestion in this episode is more appropriate for when your goal is to enhance the unity of the office and the sense of belonging of the employees.
The first item that comes to mind is T-shirt. In my opinion, clothing is the simplest and most basic way to make everyone a unit. If you put a company logo on a T-shirt, then the person who owns it becomes one of us. The T-shirt I am wearing is a work shirt with CFM logo printed by our factory. You can also use it for the company’s daily work, or everyone can wear the company’s t-shirt when going out for some events, so people can quickly identify, then make an impression or ask for help. Of course, as a gift, employees can add their own designs to make it a truly unique gift.
