Better artwork will yield a better printing effect.
When preparing the artwork, in addition to considering the elegance of the design and the resolution of the image, there is also one aspect that should be taken care of, that is, the thickness of the lines in your artwork. Even for a vector artwork file of high resolution, if the lines in your artwork are too thin, it may result in a bad printing effect.
In direct digital printing, if your artwork is with white background and a dark-color logo and text, then the minimum thickness of the logo or text line needs to be 0.3-0.5 mm. However, for artwork with dark color background and a light-color logo and text, the line thickness should be 1-5mm at least.
As for the sublimation printing, 0.1-0.3mm works for the artwork with white background and a dark-color logo and text. While an artwork with dark-color background, the thickness of the light-color logo and text should be 0.5-2mm.
