Founded in 2005 to provide procurement services for European clients, we established our own fabric printing factory in 2010 as our business expanded and market demands changed. Subsequently, in 2012, we launched our first version of informative website to help customers understand our products and services better.
As we strengthened cooperation with customers in the fabric printing sector, it became evident that varying end-market needs and information asymmetry compelled them to engage multiple suppliers for comprehensive order solutions. To address this, in 2014 CFM integrated upstream supply chain resources to offer one-stop solutions that are both effective and cost-saving for our customers. By 2017, we also established two US warehouses(CA, NJ) to provide our customers with more convenient hardware procurement solutions.
CFM continued its progress by launching an independently developed B2F model online ordering system in 2018, we are the first Order-Direct-to-Production auto system in this industry, which can provide 24H online quoting, 24H online ordering, 24H online artwork service, 24H production service, and 24H lead time management. It solves the time difference problem that has always existed in traditional trade, as well as the time and cost of back-and-forth email communication, without waiting, CFM truly providing 24H online service, while allowing customers real-time order status tracking for enhanced efficiency and transparency.
In addition to improving user experience on the front end, from 2021, we've upgraded back-end facilities by building a smart digital factory featuring a dust-free constant temperature printing workshop, Smart Warehousing Cloud, Smart ERP System, Auto Order Management System, and IoT-enabled smart factory.
