Artwork preparation and uploading is quite vital for ordering on CFM, and you may have some questions, especially if you’re new to the process. In this blog post, we’ll be answering some of your top questions about artwork uploading on CFM.


I want to use 2 different images for one pop up.

Uploading images for your order can be done in several ways. Here are some options to consider:

1. Combine two images into one file and upload it when placing your order.

2. Upload one image when placing your order and leave a message for our artwork team that you have 2 different images. Then reupload the other image.

Our artwork person will help you set up the ready-to-print artwork proof, and only when you approve the artwork will your order be printed. During the artwork processing, you can communicate with our team to make any necessary adjustments.

3. Upload one image to place the order, then upload your artwork to www.wetransfer.com and send the transfer link to our artwork team after placing the order.

Remember, you can always communicate with our artwork team through the “My Order” section and selecting “Order Detail.” We’re here to help you create the perfect design for your needs!

I am going to be placing an order. Should I just upload my own artwork or place it to the template?

You can upload your own artwork when placing the order.

Uploading your own artwork when placing an order is easy and convenient. We offer a 24-hour free artwork service, where our team of experts will review your artwork and help you set up the template once they receive your order. If there are any questions or concerns about your artwork, our team will contact you through “My Order” -- “Order Detail.”

Once a print-ready file is prepared, our system will automatically send you an email to review the digital proof and approve the artwork. Please note that our online ordering system is seamlessly connected with our workshop, your order will auto proceed to printing once you have approved the artwork.

 

I encountered some problems in submitting the artwork, its too large to upload.

If your artwork file is no larger than 200MB, you can easily upload it directly while placing your order. However, if your artwork file is larger than 200MB, you have two options:

1. Before placing your order, go to My Accountand select My Galleryto upload your artwork file. Then, when placing your order on the product page, click the upload button and select the artwork youve already uploaded to proceed with your order.

2. Alternatively, you can submit your larger artwork file through www.wetransfer.com and send us the link after uploading. When placing the order, you can select a smaller image to upload - any image will work. Just remember to leave a note with the uploading link to our artwork person.
